This is a huge visual update. Most new stuff are skins and fixes to use previously unused original skins and models.
This time I tried to keep track with every big change I make so I have a little proper change log:
- added two new ship tactics (default mode and anchored mode)
- added new Sioux male villager model
- added unused Chinese models for most soldiers
- added new Aztec Native Scout model
- improved the new Aztec buildings (removed the grass from them)
- added new East and West European skins for the Command Center
- added new East European Outpost skin
- added the University to all Asian civs
- added new AgeUp sound for Natives and a sound for when "Spies" is researched
- changed the Mameluke's horse with a camel (for AoE2 fans)
- changed the Cavaleiro and Marine icons and portraits
- fixed Morutaru models when improved
- bug fixes...
So, here you have it. As usual, no one knows if a future update will ever come, so enjoy this one.
I would like to thank my friend Martin (known as Don Omar or Archangel) again for helping me out with stuff.

I used this mod from the early version and I think that it is the most balanced mod for Age of Empires 3, but I have a problem: The USA rifleman skin is black.Sometimes appear George Washington's model without the rifle,but in many of my game the skin is black.Can you help me?

DeleteYou might be experiencing the biggest engine bug the game has. The engine, sometimes, usually when the computer is under stress, it doesn't load up custom skins/textures anymore. I have just tried the Rifleman and he works, so indeed you are getting this bug.
Questions is, are you always getting it, from the beginning of the game, or in late game and after you upgraded the unit?
I always get the bug,but it is the only unit that have the model completely black.I tried to launch the editor and try there but the skin is always black.I know the replace textures bug, but I think that the rifleman is not affected by it.

Hmm... I don't know... But Imperial Rifleman at least should work because it has no custom skins.
DeleteThe Ottomans are a very hard civ to balance... like every civ...
While they don't have many infantry units they have powerful artillery units, like the Abus Gun and Great Bombard of course.
I do not know if they will get any more units in the future, but anything is possible.
When I reach the Imperial Age and upgrade the rifleman to imperial status,sometimes I see the model without the rifle,but not always.
DeleteFor The Ottomans I think that for a good balance you can delete the horse artillery,because historically the Ottoman artillery is full of fixed gun,but lacked of horse artillery and add an infantry unit.

Well, I had two guys telling me on AoE3 Heaven that it worked with ESO, but I don't know for sure because I didn't bought the game...

ReplyDeleteif indeed possible, it is only under the following conditions (IMHO):
1. In the players must have the same version of the mod
2. DO NOT attempt to play with the players in the Cator is not a mod, because of which may block
3. If you like fashion and you have friends or acquaintances at the ESO, and advise them to install a mod
4. It is safest to create a clan
Take the wall and a tree, with the wall nothing happens when they shoot through, a tree falls in the shooting, then there is the block effect it, do you know which file is it?

DeleteAoE3 modding has some limits, it's not like other games, like C&C or... Source games...
The developers of AoE3 haven't released any SDK's or modding tools or support for it, so modding AoE3 has many limits.
And trees are from Mother Nature's team, which is a neutral team, so this means it has some unique features.

Hello again, just messed around with the difficulty settings and the graphic settings, it seems if the mission is started on easy mode for the first time ever, the game would crash, if the intro is passed on higher difficulties, the game continues. Weirdest glitch I have ever seen XD.

Quick questions, how do you enable Civ specific units such as organ guns and such for other civilization, how to enable such units cross civilization (european civ to asian civ) and lastly, are you considering to enable skirmishers for the British since now they don't even have roger's rangers now.

DeleteYes, because the Chinese can ally with the Russians, and since Strelets can be trained only at Blockhouses and Forts, you can put the Strelets code directly into the Chinese ones.
